**Essential responsibilities of the Administration Assistant role**:

- Confident telephone manner, ability to hold conversations and obtain key information from partners of ours relating to the recruitment, training and sales arms of the business.
- General administrative duties, supporting the accounts, recruitment and training departments. (Scheduling meetings, travel, training rooms, updating records, filing etc.)
- Conversant in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

**Desirable experience required to perform in this Administration Assistant role**:

- Prior invoicing experience and/or providing quotations.
- Previous exposure to contract administration.
- A familiarity in using online learning management systems (LMS) and customer relationship management systems (CRM) would be beneficial.
- Full driving licence is preferred due to infrequent ad hoc travel.
