**Entry Level Facilities Administrator**

Reed Birmingham are currently working with an international banking organisation recruiting for enthusiastic people to join them, as a **Facilities Administrator**. You will be Providing high-level administrative support for invoicing, service charges and procurement administration and will also be taking part in day-day administration tasks. You’ll be part of asmall vibrant, energetic community.

You will be joining the team on a** Full-time basis**, based in the heart of **Birmingham City Centre**. To begin with due to training, you will be required to have an in office presence but as you get settled into this role therewill be more flexibility to work from home on ahybrid model.

Your Responsibilities:

- Supplier contract administration
- Service charge documentation and variance report administration
- Utility administration
- General administration
- Training of new starters with regards to purchase to pay systems and processes and general system support to wider department.
- Ability to cope in a fast pace, agile working environment and work to short deadlines.
- Provide best in class customer service to internal and external customer base
- Maintain regular and effective communication with internal colleagues in Property Management, support functions and the wider Real Estate business
- Prepare data for inclusion in management reports
- Ensure compliance with all internal procedures and policies - e.g. Procurement, Finance, Compliance, HR
- Complete administrative tasks as required to include use of systems, filing, inventory management etc

Your qualifications & experience:

- Accounts payable experience would be useful but not essential
- Excellent English language skills - both written and spoken
- IT literate - MS Office at intermediate level
- MS Excel
- Tramps / MRI / Yardi / Horizon / Dynamics (not essential)

**Job Offer**:

- **35 hours/week - Monday - Friday**:

- **Salary: £21,000 - £22,000 per annum**:

- **25 days annual leave (with the option of purchasing up to 5 additional days via flex benefits)**:
