Job Purpose:
Principal Accountabilities
- Manage the administration of AVEVA’s global Privacy Programme;
- Maintain company and Data Protection Officer registrations globally;
- Co-ordinate and respond to Data Subject Access and other requests;
- Track privacy incidents and remediation efforts;
- Conduct privacy compliance monitoring activities across AVEVA’s global business activities, co-ordinating across all business functions;
- Manage and track privacy deliverables generally, e.g. group standards, action items following from incidents, internal audit;
- Support Privacy training and awareness; and
- Organise quarterly governance meetings with global lawyers and business stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Ideally, some experience in developing policies, procedures and reports;
- Proactive and self-motivated;
- Desire to make improvement changes, such as updating standard templates, other process improvements, rollout training and work on strategic projects; and
- Legal experience is highly appreciated.
