Role & Responsibilities:

- This is a ‘hands on’ role and will require a full understanding of the services offered by the value stream(s) that the role is partnering; particularly revenue streams, cost drivers and profitability of the various service offerings.
- Proactively build and maintain effective relationships with the value stream(s) leadership providing financial analysis and insight to aid decision making.
- Utilise relationships to influence outcomes which support profitability goals of the value stream(s).
- Ownership of the P&L (revenue, cost of sales, direct fixed costs) for the value stream(s) that the role is partnering ensuring accuracy of the reported results. Full understanding of the drivers behind the performance and variance to both budget and forecast
- Proactively build relationships with the global commercial sales team & an understanding of the markets which services are being sold into.
- Influence pricing decisions for future work relating to the value stream(s) and support the financial review and sign off of contracts.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with 3+ years practical experience in business partnering finance role - Essential
- roven work experience in a commercial role and excellent commercial judgment - Essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain credible relationships with key stakeholders - Essential
- Strong organisational skills - must have ability to multi-task and effectively manage time - Essential
- Independent with the ability to be flexible and cope effectively under pressure - Essential
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures relating to revenue recognition - Desirable
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to analyse and interpret data - Essential
