Head of Fp&a

Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting an exciting, growing business, looking to appoint a Head of FP&A into their growing finance function. The role will play a key role in supporting forecast, budgeting and cashflow process.

The newly created, Billingham based Head of FP&A reports into the FD and will liaise with multiple stakeholders to deliver high quality and actionable insight and analysis, focusing on financial, strategic and commercial drivers of business performance.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the FD by developing, implementing and maintaining an effective planning and analysis capability.
- Develop understanding the drivers of cash flow and profitability and the changes in key metrics both current and future
- Develop and deliver an effective financial forecasting process
- Support and contribute to the production of the business plan and financial strategy
- Create financial models and analyse trends to drive the businesses decision making
- Provide business partnering, commercial and financial support

**What You'll Bring**
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Previous FP&A experience

**On Offer**
- £60,000 - £80,000 DOE
- Flexible and hybrid working

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
