Part of Quorn Foods, the UK's leading plant-based brand, Marlow Ingredients is an exciting new start-up venture. The division was created earlier this year to offer mycoprotein, the ingredient that powers every Quorn product, and make it available to other players in the Meat Alternative sector and beyond.

**The Role**

As we start this exciting journey and continue Quorn's journey to help feed the world in a healthier and more sustainable way, we are seeking a talented and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our small and dynamic team.

Primarily providing support to our site leadership team in Billingham and our wider Ingredients function. You will provide dynamic analysis and quality input to the strategic decision-making process for the site and overall Marlow Ingredients division. Monitoring performance whilst developing a sound understanding of cost drivers and efficiencies, you will play a key role in ensuring key operational and financial targets are achieved, as well as providing financial evaluation of new processes and sales opportunities.

This role is responsible for identifying and helping to drive cost savings as the business grows, and therefore a key area of support is also around the development and understanding of capital expenditure and associated business cases and benefits.

The role will be a hybrid based position, with predominant site requirement as mentioned at our site in Billingham and occasional requirement at our facility in Stokesley. There will also be flexibility to work remotely when required.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA with significant industry background post-qualification
- Extensive finance business partnering background within a FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing or Logistics businesses
- Proactive and positive approach to work; able to lead initiatives and challenge/influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent systems skills with confidence reporting in SAP and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail - must possess exceptional analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and data to stakeholders with non-financial backgrounds
