Housing Officer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Housing Officer to join our team. The Housing Officer will be responsible for assisting with the management and administration of housing operations & other Housing Officers.
This role requires excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the management and administration of housing operations
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information and lease agreements
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Conduct regular inspections of rental units to ensure compliance with housing standards Assist with rent collection and financial reporting
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to address maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of tenant information
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of Yardi or similar property management software is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

Pay: £22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
