**The vacancy**

**Hours: 35 hours per week**

**Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm**

**The role**

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor to join our team on a four-month fixed-term contract.

Within the role you will provide an effective, efficient, responsive, comprehensive front line housing and customer service to existing and potential tenants and internal customers. Ensure rental income is maximised and void properties are advertised and let within contractual timescales. Liaise with the Office Management team to arrange repairs and display appropriate notices to ensure a safe working office environment.

**What we’re looking for**

The essential requirements for the role include:

- Intermediate IT knowledge including Excel and Word
- Sound experience working in a frontline customer interface environment
- Sound experience of working in a team
- Educated to level 3 NVQ or A-level standard or equivalent through training and/or experience
- Experience working in a housing related field (desirable)
