**This is hybrid Role, Based In Poole**
**Job Overview**
A part time role with a variety of responsibilities within the Finance team. With the growth of both companies and to a need to ensure compliance across a wide range of areas, the operational support coordinator will be working as part of the team to ensure the efficient day to day operations of the offices.
Core objectives of this role are to ensure compliance with and to promote health and safety regulations;maintain our GDPR policies;as well as building maintenance control and building security.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with regulatory Health and safety requirements - setting up procedures, record keeping
- Ensure GDPR compliance - prevent data privacy breaches
- Building maintenance control and building security - overseeing renovation and repairs
- Facilities Management - Setting up meetings, arranging catering
- Car fleet management - lease arrangements, administrator of the fuel card system, car insurance
- Management of mobile phone system - new users, leavers, changes
- Procurement of office supplies - cleaning suppliers,
- Cost savings - review of office costs and suppliers
- Companies’ social events planner
- Management of customer license system - updating, renewing and termination
- Phone coverage - Customer and supplier queries

Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: From £14,400.00 per year
