**Location**:Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole - Hybrid Working

**Hours**: 37 hours per week

**Salary **£28,463

**Contract length**:1 position xFixed term until 30 June 2024 initially, 1 position x 6 months parental leave cover initially

We’re recruiting a new Pathway Coordinator for our Wellbeing Collaborative Team, made possible through investment from BCP Council.

The Wellbeing Collaborative is a partnership between NHS Dorset, Local Authorities and the Voluntary and Community Sector co-creating new ways for people to find and access local information and support which helps them to stay well and independent in their community.

We are looking for an adaptable, creative and experienced person, who enjoys working with a wide range of stakeholders. You will help us to develop new communication pathways to help people find and access information and support for wellbeing in local communities across the county of Dorset.

**About you**

You’ll have a good understanding of the work of an umbrella infrastructure such as CAN and the benefits the voluntary and community sector (VCS) can and do bring the community. You’ll understand how the local public sector works with the VCS including BCP Council, NHS Dorset, Public Health and have a desire to see them working more efficiently and effectively together.

As a people person with great interpersonal skills, you’ll be able to build and maintain excellent professional relationships too to connect and develop solutions which meet people’s needs.
