On successfully completing a 6 month probation - you will be enrolled to the Kia Aftersales apprenticeship program.
West End Garage have a fantastic opportunity for an Apprentice to join the team at their prestigious Kia dealership based in Woking, Surrey.
This is an exciting Business Administration and Customer Service based role with first-class training and outstanding long-term career prospects.
Duties will include:
- General aftersales training across Parts department, service department and warranty administration.
- Parts training - will include parts lookup and pricing, stock location and stock control.
- Service training - to include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all customers coming into the dealership and ensuring they receive the best customer service experience.
- Upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Working to a high level of customer service at all times.
- Be courteous and polite to all visitors both face to face and via the telephone.
- Regular communication with mechanics.
- Booking in cars for MOT's, servicing and repairs.
- Warranty training - to include understanding of warranty policy and procedures. How to correctly process claims via Kia online portal.
- Any other ad hoc duties and when required.
Working week Tuesday - Saturday 08:00-18:00 and 1 in every 4 Mondays 08:00 - 18:00
Qualifications required: general IT skills and knowledge / experience of Microsoft Office, GCSE C* or above Maths & English or equivalent.
Long Term Company Aims for the learner upon successful completion of your IMI Level 2 qualification, you will then naturally progress onto working towards your IMI Level 3 therefore altogether the apprenticeship can take up to 3 years to complete.
There is high potential of a permanent role upon completion of your apprenticeship with room for progression.
Your salary shall be reviewed throughout your apprenticeship.
