Office Administrator Assistant

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in providing administrative support and overseeing the daily operations of our office.
**Duties**:
- Manage office and warehouse supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Utilise Xero for financial record keeping and invoicing
- Provide clerical support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Lead and motivate the team through effective team management
- Maintain an organised office environment to enhance productivity
- Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and suppliers
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Oversee human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, staff training and managing staff annual leave.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in phone etiquette with excellent communication skills
- Experienced in supervising and leading a team
- Familiarity with Xero for financial management including external payments, salaries, HMRC etc.
- Familiarity with HR e.g. staff annual leave, sick leave, contracts etc.
- Familiarity with programs like Pipedrive for company efficiency for sales, lead and database.
- Strong clerical skills for efficient office operations including assisting with client contracts
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Skilled in administrative tasks to support daily office functions
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
