Estimator Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Area Sales Representative to join a highly successful dynamic and expanding National Company. We have a reputation for delivering quality installation, remedial repairs and planned maintenance works across a broad spectrum of private and commercial clients across the UK.
**Role Description**:
Responding to queries regarding quotations.
Liaising with engineers and the wider team in regards today’s business, queries, and updates
Checking parts availability and ordering in line with process. Liaising with the Procurement team and updating them as and when required regarding stock availability and issues.
Assisting with basic technical queries from engineers and clients.
Work in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Supporting to the Service team and the Office Manager - updating the CAFM systems, adding new jobs, scheduling works, supporting on the phones, and covering during absences.
The role requires a flexible approach, with the ability to manage our workload and time management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring all quotations provide a full scope of works and costs are accurate.
- To continuously develop the service we provide, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the support is relevant.
- Work in accordance with all policies and procedures
- Embrace the visions and values of the business.
- Regularly review with the Branch Manager and wider management/support team - improve processes with contractors and suppliers.
- Assist with the day-to-day administration tasks across the wider Service team.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Target driven with evidence of delivering technical quotations.
- Forward planner with strong time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks.
- Experienced communicator able to converse at all levels; demonstrates ability to negotiate and challenge Contractors/Suppliers
- Excellent written communication skills; competent in production of business correspondence.
- High levels of confidentiality.
- Competent in the use of MS office IT and CAFM systems.
- Excellent analytical and evaluation skills.
- Experiance of working within a previous FM company (Gas/AC/Electrical)
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload
**Salary
- up to £23,000 dependant on experiance.**
