As a Healthcare Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, managing patient registrations, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Overview

This role involves providing administrative support to the SPA Team, which includes registering patients onto the Trust computer system, responding to queries from patients and clinical staff, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and have experience in working in a healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate administrative tasks and projects
  • Register patients onto the Trust computer system (Rio)
  • Respond to queries from patients and clinical staff

Requirements:

  • GCSE level C or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Proven experience in IT and administrative tasks
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
