Fly is the UK’s fastest growing and leading boxing and fight wear brand, We provide equipment and apparel to leading sports men and women, as well as global celebrities and fitness enthusiasts. The role is to keep up to date and manage our website, as well as optimize it for sales conversions and optimise customer experience.

**The job role includes but isn’t exclusive to**:

- Working with our media team to keep our webiste up to date and looking fresh.
- Maximising our conversion rates
- Optimizing customer experience
- Looking at statistics and navigation
- Working with our developer to implement new things
- Devloping the look of pages to be visually aesthetic and efficient
- Must be proficient with shopify and working on the back end of websites.
- Work well individually as well as part of a team
- Able to work to deadlines

Must be able to commute to CM17 0RB where our offices are.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
