Administrator Co-Ordinator

**Key player in a busy team of this company’s frontline departments. You will organise projects and co-ordinate appointments, onsite surveys and ensure relevant documentations are gathered and distributed for works to commence and complete**:
**Requirements for Administrator ole**
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment
- Able to actively be first point of contact for project enquiries
- Adept with Excel, Outlook, Word, and open to training on other database system’s
- Able to manage own workload and prioritise tasks daily
- Managing customer portals and project documentation effectively
- Chasing up all personnel in relation to customer projects and update case notes
- Experience of building strong customer relationships
- Team player who can think of their feet and work under pressure
- Tracking and logging status of enquiries and following up/chasing resolution

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harlow, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
