Procast Group is a fast-growing construction company requiring an enthusiastic and perceptive accounts assistant to join our Finance team.

Knowledge of Sage 50, Sage Construct and CIS are an advantage but not compulsory.

- Organising financial documents_
- Recording Transactions_
- Managing Petty Cash_
- Credit Card Reconciliation_
- Assisting Finance team members_
- Support Month End processes_
- Reconciliations_
- Assisting with bookkeeping services_
- Utilities_
- All finance related administration duties_
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and financial legislation_
- Integrity and confidentiality_
- Good verbal and written communication skills_
- Meticulous attention to detail_
- Ability to work to timescales and deadlines_
- Good Interpersonal skills_
- Eagerness to learn_

Full time

Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5pm

Friday 8.30am - 3pm

**Job Type**: Permanent
