Accounts Administrator / Property coordinator
Residence Estate agents require an accounts administrator / property coordinaror to join our team on a full-time basis in our head office based in Hamilton:
Primary Responsibilities include:
Producing Spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, liaising with Solicitors to progress missives, invoicing, banking, lodging deposits and managing petty cash, producing marketing material for the promotion of sales property, general enquiries and booking in appointments, supporting the sales team.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Hamilton (required)
