Reed is currently recruiting for Business Development Managers to work for a market leading financial services company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales person to develop and progress within a forward-thinking diverse company thathas earned an enviable reputation.

Role: Business Development Manager
Location: National (Remote working)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 37hours PW

**Salary**: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE + Uncapped commission

You can expect:

- Remote working

- Excellent uncapped commission structure
- % of profit in commission for the lifecycle of the account
- Your Birthday off
- 22 holidays and an additional 1 per year

ABOUT THE SALES JOB:
With an aptitude for sales, on a day-to-day basis, this is what would be required of you -- Accountable for driving and achieving sales targets
- Prospecting potential customers through outbound methods
- Delivering solutions to both merchants and our banking partners
- Building bespoke deals relevant to individual customer needs ensuring profitability to the company
- Identifying and evaluating large incremental business opportunities

ABOUT YOU:
This is what we are looking for in their successful Business Development Manager / Sales Executives:

- Currently working as a Business Development Manager / Account Manager / Telesales - payments industry Crucial.
- 2 years sales / Account Management / Business Development experience and a proven track record.
- Thrive on creating and selling innovative ideas; demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Demonstrate ambition and strive to help business growth
- Strong negotiation and networking skills
- Additional language skills would be an advantage but are not necessary to succeed in the role
