**What we'll need you to bring**:

- SVQ level 2 qualification (or equivalent experience) plus experience in healthcare administration or experience in a secretarial role
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Evidence of effective team working and dealing with change
- Evidence of strong communication skills with patients, clinicians and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Evidence of strong competence with relevant IT systems
- Audio typing skills

**It would be great if you also have**:

- Medical terminology qualification
- NHS experience
- Secretarial and administration Experience
- Working knowledge of Trakcare, Clinical Portal and RIS (radiology)
- Knowledge and experience of Trakcare and Winscribe office packages
- Effective team working and dealing with change

**Contract type**:
Permanent

Part Time

36 hours

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in Vascular within University Hospital Hairmyres.

The working pattern for this role is Mon - Fri.
