Clinical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Support Specialist to join our team in NHS National Services Scotland. This is a permanent position with 37 hours worked per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general clerical support to our secretarial team, including organizing clinics, theatre sessions, reception services, and ward clerical work. They must have good computer skills and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to the secretarial team
- Organizing clinics, theatre sessions, and reception services
- Filing patient data and clinical notes correctly and efficiently
Requirements include:
- A good standard of general education
- Excellent computer literacy
- Ability to work under pressure to meet non-negotiable deadlines
