**Quality Administrator - Full or Part Time - Permanent - Grimsby**

Our client is looking to recruit a forward thinking, financially and commercially minded Quality Administrator to join their team at their Head of Office in Grimsby.

**Purpose of the Quality Administrator role**:
The purpose of this role is to support the implementation and management of all quality assurance and quality improvement processes, providing assurance of compliance with internal and external quality requirements.

**Quality Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Support Quality with the implementation and monitoring of all quality assurance and quality improvement processes
- Maintain the Management Information System (PICS) producing data and reports to meet quality improvement requirements
- Support with monitoring the progress which learners are making towards their targets
- Maintain the E-Portfolio System (OneFile) supporting the development and implementation across the organisation
- Produce accurate and timely quarterly report for all programmes and contracts
- Support the review, production, organisation and dissemination of documentation, information, policies, procedures and records related to quality processes
- Support the Head of Compliance and Quality with the management of all contracts and associated processes
- Undertake internal and external audits to ensure compliance with funding body, Ofsted and programme requirements
- Support internal staff and delivery partner staff training and development
- Support the registration and End Point Assessment process ensuring all learners are registered on the relevant portals and submit to gateway timely
- Deal with external queries, providing effective customer service
- Communicate effectively with team members and ensure that problems are highlighted and actioned immediately
- Maintain up to date knowledge of funding requirements, awarding body and inspection requirements.

**The Perfect Quality Administrator Will Have the Following Requirements**:

- Ability to develop and implement effective administration, documentation, systems and processes
- Ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and pay close attention to detail, incorporating flexibility when required
- Ability to take responsibility, use initiative and be proactive
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, to produce internal and external reports
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Knowledge of information technology, including Word, Excel and Access

**Qualifications Required for the Quality Administrator**:

- The post holder will be committed to their own personal development including, were appropriate, undertaking the required CPD to maintain professional status
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent, preferably administration
