**The Role**
To support the Facilities Office services Manager in providing facilities services which include the smooth running of Switchboard, meeting rooms, postal activities for PRS for MUSIC premises efficiently and in a safe and healthy environment.
At PRS for Music, the Facilities Management team support over 500 employees and contractors with an aim to integrate people, place and process within the built environment with the purpose of improving the quality of life of people and the productivity of the core business. We are customer facing and we engage with all departments at every level to provide high quality support services.
We cover 2 main areas: Space and Infrastructure (incorporating planning, design, workplace, construction, lease, occupancy, maintenance and furniture) and People and Organisation (such as catering management, hospitality, vending, cleaning and provision of a CAFM system. We also manage the following aspects: Health & Safety and the environment, Fire safety, security, maintenance, reception services, testing and inspection’s, cleaning, business continuity, planning and space allocation and air conditioning.

**Responsibilities**:
As our Facilities Assistant, some of your day to day duties will include.
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls via the main company switchboard, answering the telephone promptly and politely ensuring department **KPI’s **(Key Performance Indicators) are met
- Provide requisite support to ensure the efficient running of the post room, including the sorting of incoming mail and packages into designated pigeon holes in accordance with established post guidelines
- Facilitate the setup of meeting rooms by adjusting the arrangements of tables and chairs ensuring that the specific room configurations align with the requirements of each event
- To assist in enrolment of Security ID cards and locker systems
- Assist in booking couriers with external postal services when required
- Ensuring log books are kept updated

**Salary**:is between £25,000 - £28,000 depending on skills and experience

**Location**
This Role is office based, so you'll be required to attend our London Bridge Hub up to 5 days a week.
