**About The Role**:
We're looking for a Planning & Scheduling Assistant to join our Occupational Health team in Aberdeen, on a full-time permanent basis. Working within our operations support function, you will ensure that our Occupational Health team has access to the very best clinical professionals, ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner.
You will assist the Planning Lead to manage and maintain the clinical rotas in line with service and project requirements, ensuring that rotas are created accurately and updated efficiently.
Are you highly organised, with strong planning and forecasting skills? Are you a confident communicator with fantastic stakeholder management? If so, we would love to hear from you
The working days for this role are Monday-Friday, you will work a 3-week rotational shift pattern with each weekly shift varying between, 0800-1600, 0900-1700 or 1000-1800. You may also be required to support the out of hours on-call service on a rotational basis, for which an additional allowance is paid.
**What you will do**:
- Deputise for the lead and assist in maintaining and updating all clinical rotas. These include Topside & Diving Cover, Medevacs as well as routine and adhoc cover.
- Coordinate workforce planning to ensure workflow remains on schedule.
- Work closely with HR to support all staff payroll queries.
- Ensure travel and accommodation is booked efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.
- Assist the lead to ensure annual leave is captured and stakeholders informed in an appropriate timescale, ensuring adequate cover is in place.

- Experience in logistics and workforce planning highly advantageous
