As an Administrative Assistant, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Works as part of the administrative team to assist with daily administrative tasks.
- Works on behalf of the Director of Treatment to transport our patients to and from facilities, including assisting with paperwork, driver screening, and transporting them in a safe and timely manner.
- Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations is maintained and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with regulatory agencies when applicable.
- Manages phone calls and correspondence between client and staff.
- Maintains daily schedule as well as creating new schedules for all staff members.
- Coordinates scheduling of staff to facilitate timely response to client needs.
- Ensures compliance with all policies, procedures, and federal and state regulations is maintained and appropriate actions are taken in accordance with regulatory agencies when applicable.
- Assists other departments as needed.
