Here are some of the key responsibilities:

- Ensure that the finance sub-ledgers are accurately maintained and that relevant control accounts are reconciled.
- Ensure internal and external queries are dealt with promptly and effectively and in line with the Guinness Customer Service Standards.
- Ensure the timely completion of payments runs to ensure suppliers are being paid promptly.
- Suggest improvements to Payments processes and monitor any improvements or changes made
- Support the internal and external audit by providing timely evidence where required.

Opportunity to work 1 Day within the office and 4 Days from home

We are looking for people with:

- proven customer service experience.
- A commitment to team working and the ability to adapt to change and be flexible.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Good oral and written communications
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
