Commercial Support Administrator

Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our busy Commercial team, working exclusively for a long-term, high-end VIP Tour Operator who requires the highest level of service.
This role will involve assisting the Account Director with process and administrative support to achieve the level of service expected by this key client.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, the main duties and responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Supporting the Account Director in all aspects of trip planning, quoting and contracting process
- Supporting the Account Director with all administration duties
- Providing excellent customer service including answering client queries, raising charter contracts, internal confirmations, checking and clearing operational invoices
- Learn the structure of commercial contracts so rechargeable items are captured and invoiced
- Learn about the aircraft types and performance of the aircraft operated by Titan Airways on behalf of the client
- Learn how to use and update all internal IT systems
- Participate in client visits, airport visits, flight riding and entertaining
- Assist the Account Director as required
**Requirements for this role**:
- Ability to reside and work in the UK.
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (unless medically exempt)
- Ability to provide information for 5 year referencing
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office suite
- A driving licence would be advantageous
- Travel will be required with this role to support the client
Our Commercial department is a small and friendly team that works in an open and supportive environment. Training and support will be given to ensure the successful applicant will be provided with the tools required to serve the client to the highest levels of customer service.
This is a permanent position, working Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm however a degree of flexibility will be expected due to the nature of our operation.
