**Customer Care Administrator**

18.75 hours per week

Working pattern - 6.25 hours per day across 3 days, 1 of which must be a Friday.

Hours to be worked 9.00am to 15.45pm (includes a 30 min break)

Location - Basingstoke Head Office / Hybrid

The Fire Fighters Charity supports the health and wellbeing needs of the Fire Services Community and offers a broad range of services tailored to meet individual need. The Charity is there to support the UK fire family at different times during their lives and for different reasons.

**About the role**

As a Customer Care Administrator, you will be part of a small team and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care to our beneficiaries, supporters and donors who contact us as well as supporting our internal customers.

You will help to maintain, improve, and grow our customer records through use of our Salesforce Customer Relationship Management System and will accurately undertake our processes to support our income generation activities.

**You**

As well as having strong customer service and administrative skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to balance and prioritise a busy and varied workload, you will:

- Have a positive approach to customer service and enthusiasm for delivering an excellent service,
- Have sound judgement skills along with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels both verbally and in writing,
- Have experience using a Customer Relationship Management System
- Have excellent IT skills and be proficient using Microsoft 365 including MS Teams.
