Supplying a wide range of customers including Michelin-star restaurants, pubs and retailers across the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- All aspects of office administration
- Upselling to customers
- Learning a good understanding of the products sold by The Cheese Merchant
- Invoicing sales orders via order processing system
- Building and growing relationships with customers
- Processing standing orders into order processing system
- Managing short-dated/over stocked products by selling at discount to customers
- Ensuring customer records up kept up to date within our system
- Assisting with other departments administration within the business

**Skills, experience and requirements**:

- Previous office/telesales experience
- Confident communicator
- Strong organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Work with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent level of literacy
- Positive attitude and able to work with others and individually
- Keen interest in food
- Excellent time keeping

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
