**Overview**:
The Social Media Executive will manage day-to-day execution across all social platforms with a focus on Instagram & TikTok for each of our social clients and our own. Your role will be to work closely with the rest of the team to optimise social content, make sure all social content follows our agency standard and is designed to drive growth and engagement across our own and our clients social channels.

**Responsibilities**:
**Community & Social Management**:

- Define and own our clients social media strategy to drive strong acquisition and engagement across key platforms (Instagram / TikTok / Facebook) in line with the wider the clients marketing strategy.
- Create and update client strategies on 3 month basis defining quarterly objectives with clear KPI's and provide insight to inform future activations and competitor analysis.
- Oversee and manage the clients platforms to ensure strong social presence, as well as strong engagement, while remaining cohesive and inline with the brand.
- Work closely and collaboratively with the social team to balance best practice, learnings and creativity to drive and meet goals from all social media platforms.
- Identify future opportunities to expand clients content and community engagement onto other platforms.
- Create trend reports and research upcoming trends on all platforms.
- Conduct social audits and create monthly reports for all clients social insights & learnings.

**Social Media Execution**:

- Develop the content calendar for social media and share posting plans with Social Media team and clients on a timely basis.
- Write impactful copy in line with each clients TOV for each content plan.
- Manage the daily publishing schedule for each platform and client.
- Monitoring messages, comments and tagged posts across social media channels and implementing appropriate responses and proactive initiatives.
- Identify potential content creators, ambassadors, and influencers to help support storytelling and deliver on brand KPIs (if client requires)

**Content & Asset Management**:

- Brief all social content to social team and clients ahead of content days to ensure all ideas are approved by social team and client.
- Direct client content days with reactive social content in relations to key events, social media trends, relevant celebrities and influencers that will resonate with our clients audiences.
- Stay on the pulse of social media format, platform & creative innovations to provide guidance on how our clients can remain best in class for content.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a social media role, ideally with wider digital marketing background.
- A proven track record of running social media accounts.
- A thorough understanding of the leading social media platforms and best practice and processes for each.
- This person must be able to use their creative flare to create exciting and on trend content using phone and other social content equipment.
- The ability to deliver clear and cohesive content plan across all channels.
- Comprehensive experience of Instagram/Facebook/TikTok Insights
- Great creative copy writing abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Must have a high energy, can-do personality, self-starter that can be trusted to take over an important role within our team.
- Be a team player - get stuck in with your colleagues and clients.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
- Content creation: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in CHELMSFORD
