We are seeking a responsible Social Media Executive & Admin Assistant to provide growth and support in a well-organized and timely manner.

You will work on various tasks related to the personal brand of the director, company brand, social media channels and sales to assist with the growth of our high-level training and consulting programs.

**Responsible's**:

- maintain an in-depth understanding of the business in order to establish priorities and support growth.
- coordinating with the team to keep the marketing and sales running smoothly.
- managing client spreadsheets, online systems/database, membership platform, tracking marketing statics/results and coordinating data in excel.
- supporting clients and students on training programs to achieve their success.
- conducting research on the internet to aid marketing and sales.
- reviewing company and personal social media accounts to keep abreast of offers made by the director to clients; ensuring action is taken where necessary.
- recording video content when required for social media and managing deadlines/ideas as shared by the marketing team.
- organising tasks and tracking progress.
- put together financial information and chase payments where appropriate / as requested.
- facebook community support and manage of our existing groups.
- booking meetings, phone calls, content marketing days, podcast interviews etc.
- dm outreach to convert webinar attendees in to booked calls and sales.
- relationship management with directors, clients, speakers, advisers, staff etc.
- answering calls and handling queries,
- making setter calls to check receipt of products and book further sales calls where appropriate
- be a confidante and handle sensitive information confidentially
- look at creative ways to support the business and the director
- The list of duties is not exhaustive, and flexibility is required in terms of what may be required to undertake in order to deliver rounded support to the director and business.

- Proven work experience in marketing and sales departments
- Systems experience/tech-savvy
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
