Swindon Museums is seeking a customer focussed Visitor Experience Officer with supervisory experience and relevant skills working in a visitor environment to join our successful museum team working across the following venues; STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway, Lydiard House Museum and Museum & Art Swindon.

**Your next role**

The Visitor Experience Officer is responsible for the delivery of an engaging, effective, safe and accessible visitor experience for all of our visitors.
- You must be fluent in the English language (as a requirement of Part 7 of the Immigration Act “for the effective performance of a customer-facing role”)._
