**Tyre Co-Ordinator**
The No. 1 purchaser of trailers in the UK is looking for a Tyre Co-ordinator to join their team based in Belfast.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
The Tyre Co-ordinator must have experience within the tyre industry. Hence, background in commercial tyres/relevant experience is essential.
You will need to manage
- Tyre costs in line with budget
- Review fleet checks to confirm husbandry work is being carried out
- This role requires the individual to manage a key workload in an office environment.
**Job description as follows**:
- Manage mailboxes and customer queries. Prioritizing workload and signposting to other departments where necessary
- Allocate tyre jobs to the dedicated supplier and ensure customer satisfaction with the best possible ETA.
- Audit accuracy of job sheets and ensure they contain all pertinent information.
- Process invoices in accordance with set procedures
- Challenge validity of invoices and query where appropriate
- Monitor and keep records of all major repair work.
- Provide an excellent level of customer service, communicating to customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Complete all required training and seek refresher training where appropriate. Employees are encouraged to improve their personal development and seek guidance where necessary to fulfil their role effectively.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with dedicated suppliers to arrange jobs and work within an agreed budget. Highlighting and addressing any anomalies.
- Work as part of a team to prioritise and manage the workload.
- Engage in team meetings and work collectively towards targets and improving customer service. Raising concerns professionally and taking responsibility for personal conduct and work completed.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
