**The position**:
We are looking to recruit a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you will get to expand your knowledge and skills while playing a fundamental part in shaping the experiences of our customers for the better.

**What you will be doing**:
As the Continuous Improvement Specialist you will provide information and insight from analysis you complete to identify areas where performance/process improvements are required and support the building of clear business cases on why effort and focus in these areas would be beneficial. Key responsibilities are:

- Creation and delivery of the Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify, analyse and implement improvement opportunities.
- Collaborating with key business areas to form a strong and effective working relationships.
- Lead and support improvement initiatives through the change management process.
- Structure continuous improvement projects that deliver operational improvements.
- Create a continuous improvement culture across the business.
- Produce data and metrics to provide visibility to track and evidence savings which will support benefit and realisation.
- Facilitate and manage improvement deliveries in line with the target operating model using the right tools, thinking and methodologies.
- Have an awareness of the initiatives being progressed across operational areas to identify opportunities to collaborate and avoid duplication of work.
- Evaluating and prioritising potential improvements based on gains and required effort.
- Securing employee commitment for proactive change management.
- Conducting detailed analysis of MI from across the business to identify trends and areas of challenge.
- Working with key stakeholders to specify deliverables, outcome indicators, and performance-measured indicators.
- Identifying available resources (for example, people, material, and finances).
- Mapping out in detail the desired situation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance productivity and staff satisfaction.
- Revisit previous implemented initiatives to ensure they are now embedded practices or activities achieving the desired outcomes or targets.

**What we look for**:
To be successful in this position, you will need to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience within a Contact Centre / Call Centre environment within a Continuous Improvement capacity
- Experience of being a change agent challenging conventional thinking, approach, methodology and driving improvements.
- Assertive and independent with the ability to cope well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical ability combined with problem solving skills that focus on achieving the best
- Results driven mindset with a logical outlook that can influence others through data and
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good presentation skills being able to convey complex information
- Self-motivated to drive improvements through to completion.
- The ability to collaborate and be an effective team player with a range of stakeholders.
- An awareness of continuous improvement methodologies g., Lean, Kaizen.
