Signature Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading independent school in Bristol. The Admissions Administrator will support the Admissions team during each phase of the applicant journey. This busy and vibrant department deals with all aspects of entry to the school with their first-class admissions process, supporting the school’s mission to provide an exceptional and rounded education.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- £16,700-£18,700 per year (£21,000-23,000 FTE)
- Lunch is provided
- 20 days holiday plus Bank Holidays
**Duties**:
- Ensure accuracy of new pupil details entered onto the database
- Collate and update all information required for new starters
- Contribute to the planning of admissions activities, work and deadlines to ensure the smooth running and timeliness of service
- Record data and information accurately, and collate and provide reports as required
- Management of database and systems to ensure GDPR compliance across the department
- Assist team members to organise, plan and prepare for events, meetings and activities
**Experience required**:
- Excellent experience within an administration role
- Superb attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent multi-tasker with a flexible approach to work
- Highly organised
This is a 6 month Fixed-Term Contract to cover maternity leave, so has the potential to extend, and is a part-time role working 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, with some flexibility on start and finish times.
