**A little bit about what we are looking for...**
To provide a tailored support service to vulnerable residents who require support and assistance to sustain their tenancy with PA Housing by offering a victim centred approach. To ensure that the necessary support and advice is available to enable tenants with a vulnerability to sustain their tenancies for as long as they want. To provide support and advice to facilitate the safety of individuals / families whose safety is at risk and work with the Home Moves team to move them to a place of safety where required.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

**Your responsibilities...**
- To assist any residents identified as needing support and respond in a manner that enables them to sustain their tenancy.
- To identify current residents at risk due domestic abuse, mental health, substance misuse and other vulnerabilities
- Making referrals to specialist support agencies to ensure that vulnerable residents are safeguarded against harm.
- Supporting residents who has been identified as hoarding by working proactively with the residents and specialist agencies to carry out needs and risk assessments and follow up reviews for each resident to identify their full support requirements.
- Ensure accurate records of all communications with residents are kept using relevant CRM and other IT systems

- High standard of general education, or the ability to demonstrate suitable experience to meet the requirements of the role.
- Part or full CIH professional qualification or equivalent desirable.
- Current full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Enhanced DBS
- Experience of delivering positive outcomes within agreed timescales

**Disclosure and Barring Service**:
So why do we need to know this information? This role will be required to visit / support PA Housing residents in their own homes on a regular basis. Therefore we have a duty to our residents to ensure that we have taken precautions regarding who will be visiting them and representing PA Housing.
