Do you enjoy meeting people? Do you have excellent communication and ICT skills? The Stephen Wilshire Centre (SWC) is a specialist family hub run by Hammersmith council for children with disabilities and their families. We are looking for a coordinator, who will be our front of house welcoming and supporting families.

This post will support families visiting the centre to navigate to the activity or professional they wish to see, will give our basic information about support and service and complete administrative work for the service.

You will answer the phone and use ICT to update records, share information and answer queries. You will need excellent communication skills verbally and in writing, as well as have good IT skills.

As you will be supporting families of children with disabilities, experience and understanding of disability issues is also helpful.
