**Junior - Software Customer Support Agent / Software QA Tester - Hybrid**

**What you will be doing**:

- Investigate and document issues using our internal support tools (APIs logs, app databases, crash reports as well as customer feedback).
- Translate customer feedback into actionable steps for our technical team.
- Providing online demonstrations and training to new and existing customers.
- Rapidly adapt to new technologies and understand our software.
- Expand your knowledge with one-off and ongoing projects.

- Sharp observation and investigation/diagnosis skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

- Software Customer Support Agent
- Leading Industry SaaS Tool.
- Location: 2 minutes walk from Sevenoaks train station. (30 minutes from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Waterloo).
- Hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.
