**Marketing Coordinator - Industry Leading Software Company**

We have an opening for a highly driven, hands-on Marketing Coordinator who will manage activities with a clear focus on ROI and provable performance.

You will work with your team to drive demand and increase conversion rates.

You are not just expected to coordinate but also to jump in and execute.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Excellent Project Manager
- Social Science Degree + MBA is a bonus
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing roles (Not Sales)
- Solid knowledge of customer psychology.
- Good eye for content and design
- Analytical. Can put the dots together.
- Have excellent follow-through skills
- Execute and take massive action quickly.
- Are curious about what works and why.
- Are focused on getting results and a return on investment. A collaborative team player.

**Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Manage projects and ensure return on investment
- Extract and maximise value from world-class marketing coaches
- Encourage open debates, and share learning within the team
- Drive momentum in the team as well as within marketing
- Analytical. Able to see what is working and what is not
- Execute marketing training handbooks Own Demand and Conversion KPI’s

**Role Info**:

- Location: 2 minutes walk from Sevenoaks train station. (30 minutes from London Bridge, Charing Cross, and Waterloo).
- Hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home.
