Lark View Care Home is looking to appoint a competent and confident Deputy Manager._ (Non-clinical)_

Our brand-new, luxury 64-bed care facility is on the outskirts of Canterbury, Kent, offering high-quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Home Manager the with day to day running of the service, whilst leading and guiding our highly trained team.

This role is for those who want to make a real difference and help support residents and staff to reach their potential.You will be a key team player and will put residents at the heart of everything that you do

**Deputy Manager Contract**

- £35,000 per annum

- Pension

- 5.6 weeks annual leave

- DBS paid

- Uniform provided

- Onsite parking

We’re looking for someone who holds an NVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management.Experience of medication, auditing and administering, whilst a proven track record of successfully leading a team in the care sector is essential.
