We are looking for a registered health care professional who is compassionate and committed in caring for others and excels in developing relationships. If you’re looking for a rewarding opportunity to shape the services of pastoral care across East Kent Hospitals, then we want to hear from you.

You’ll be an autonomous practitioner, with a system thinking quality improvement mindset, keen to understand the current work streams and striving to deliver the implementation of the Recruitment Ambassador role in 2023.

You will be committed to influencing the wellbeing and development of a culturally diverse workforce with an active and visible point of contact for international recruits to seek pastoral support throughout their first year of employment.

The team work in collaboration with Workforce Development, wider care groups, and key stake holders to facilitate a smooth transition into clinical practice and develop ongoing support throughout the preceptorship journey.

The posts offer a rewarding, flexible and supportive role with the opportunity for ongoing professional development.

You’ll have the aptitude to practice autonomously while recognising the collaborative approach to the role.

Working closely with key stakeholders, both internally and externally to the Trust, you’ll identify and develop sustainable support networks to support international recruits' integration to the UK and specific locality.

To support the virtual recruitment and pre-arrival preparation of international recruits.

Be a point of contact throughout the onboarding and arrival schedules of internationally recruited staff.
