As part of this role we are offering a rotational post within People & Culture between Resourcing and the People & Culture Helpdesk. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to develop their career within our People & Culture team.
As a key member of the Resourcing team and the People and Culture Helpdesk, this role provides the Trust with a clear point of contact for all People related queries. From supporting the teams in delivering an excellent, proactive and professional recruitment service, to checking and updating People systems for Rostering and the Staff Record. The People & Culture team have a wealth of knowledge to provide first line support to colleagues, prospective employees and other customers.
Providing first class customer service, ensuring queries are answered quickly or escalated to specialist teams; we make a difference to our people.

Please note the working hours will be Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm.
