The main purpose of the Temporary Workforce Booking Administrator role will be to work alongside the Temporary Workforce Co-ordinator and Deputy Temporary Workforce Manager in establishing a department to enable East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust to have the right people, in the right place, and at the right time to ensure timely and effective treatment to patients.

The Department will be responsible for the booking and co-ordination of the temporary workforce requirements across the Trust in order to support the medical staffing rotas.

The Temporary Workforce Booking Administrator will ensure all medical staffing requirements are added via the central systems in a timely fashion and cascaded to both Bank and Agency suppliers in line with the agreed framework.

You will establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders in order to understand and ensure appropriate staffing is matched to the booking requests whist complying with legislation, Trust policies and procedures, and best practice. In addition you will proactively liaise with external stakeholders to ensure the maximisation of fill rates in the most cost-effective way.
