The Deputy Chief People Officer is an important professional role, pivotal to the transformation of our Trust and our ambitions to be a great place to work and receive care. Key to developing and maintaining strong relationships with all members of our internal people community this role will be responsible for engagement with key internal and external stakeholders

This role provides strong and inspirational leadership to help influence and change the development of our people processes and will be responsible for ensuring a fresh approach to all people related services. To deliver great healthcare, by great people, this role will be a key influence in the development and growth of our people

We are one of the largest hospital trusts in England, with three acute hospitals and community sites serving a local population of around 700,000. We also provide specialist services for Kent and Medway.
