You will be line managed by the Deputy Head of AHP Acute and work closely with the Clinical lead Occupational Therapists, Ward managers, Matrons & Carer Champions. Our wards endeavour to be person centred environments and inclusive to patients, families, friends & carers. You may be involved in audit, service evaluation or Quality improvement projects in this role as we continually work towards excellence and improved Patient andCarer experience. You may be involved in : developing and facilitating the Carer Champion forums for the Care group.

supporting the Carer Champions and the wards to undertake the Carers awareness training for all staff. supporting the wards in completing their Triangle of Care self assessments, action plans and identifying trends. supporting the wards to develop Carers groups and newsletters for Carers.
