Experience and Key Skills

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

- Preparation of quotations for submission to customer
- Liaising with customer on quotation progress
- Processing the order and making sure the goods go out to the customer in a timely manner
- Keeping the customer updated throughout the order process inc tracking details etc
- Maintain relationships with customers
- To update the computer system with additional information as advised by peers / customers
- To maintain an effective filing system
- Expected to work as a part of a team with the goal of procuring and delivering the right product to the right person for the right price as quickly and efficiently as possible

Desirable skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good understanding of Xero knowledge
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience of data inputting
- Ability to work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
