Sales Administrator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a confident and experienced Sales Administrator to join our team based in Stoke on Trent.
Working within a small and friendly team where everyone looks out for each other, teamwork and the ability to build relationships are key to this role. We are looking for someone who preferably has Sage Accounts experience although this is not essential, experience with similar databases would be an advantage. Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy is a must. You will need to have good communication and time management skills along with a friendly and down to earth but confident telephone manner.
As Sales Administrator your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that customer service is not an afterthought but an intrinsic part of the sales process
- Support the Management team and the sales process ensuring effective responsibility and ownership of your tasks
- Receiving and processing purchase orders
- Entering orders into Sage Accounts and providing customers with an order acknowledgement
- Maintaining and updating customer records
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks as required.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
**Salary**: From £11,252.80 per year
