Sales Administrator

Details of duties:
- Raising contracts and quotations/bids for clients
- Maintaining client records, sales data and producing reports
- Manage internal processes
- Calendar scheduling and diarising events
- Liaising with colleagues to create fluent well managed processes
- Suggestive selling of other products/services with existing clients and inbound enquiries.
- Taking the lead on sales administrative projects and tasks.
Details of the skill, experience and qualifications required for the post
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Experience of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organisation skills
- Be able to communicate with people on multiple levels
- Understanding of numeric data with a good attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and a team player.
Salary would be based on experience and weekly hours agreed within salary range mentioned.

Pay: £31,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
