Reporting into the Commercial Director and working closely with the Sales Coordinator you will be a key part of the fast paces sales and customer service team. You will be supporting to develop and grow the business by providing internal sales support anda first-class customer service to both prospective and existing customers.

**Main responsibilities of the role will include**:
- To prepare quotations for customers as required.
- Support sales preparation for meetings, including PowerPoint presentations on occasion.
- Project manage custom and high-profile accounts.
- Place orders with the factory, following through with key personnel to achieve deadlines and providing constant updates.
- To understand the budget and strategy/business plan and implement structure and processes to support the plan and growth.
- To establish and monitor a Customer Relationship Management system that tracks all the key accounts.
- To work in close co-operation with the Business Development Director for the UK & Rest of World, to ensure there is a coordinated and seamless contact strategy with our key customer & distributor base.
- To have a sound understanding of the costing model for both Retail and Commercial customers.
**Experience Required**
- 2 years commercial or retail experience within the UK and Europe
- An understanding of cost methodology and full induction on custom decorated products
- A working knowledge of ERP and other sales analysis tools.
- Excellent PC skills, including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
