Position: GLOBAL RELOCATION EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an enthusiastic Global Relocation Executive to join a fantastic team based in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire. Responsible for managing international and domestic relocations and providing advice and information to our corporate clients and assignees.

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with the client/assignees to ascertain relocation requirements
- Manage vendors to authorise/initiate the required relocation services
- Follow up on the quotations with corporate and private clients
- Manage additional services to include; home search, school search, settling in, orientation, furniture rental
- Review and negotiate expenses and tenancy leases
- Produce invoices to private and corporate clients - liaise with internal Accounts department to ensure payment is received within agreed terms
- Participlate in client meetings and assist with presentations
- Assist Line Management with any other duties as may be required

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience within a similar role**:

- Essential**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication & organisational skills **- Essential**:

- Previous Global Mobility/ Relocation industry experience (1 year minimum) **- Essential**:

- Previous database system use **- Desirable**:

- Previous Account Management experience **- Desirable**:

- Multilingual **- Desirable**:

- Ability to handle and prioritise accordingly large volumes of work which increases / decreases seasonally
- Approachable with the added benefit of being a keen problem solver
- Full UK drivers’ licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £35,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
